WELCOME

I am a dedicated Special Education teacher within the District of Columbia Public Schools, holding dual licenses in both VA and the District of Columbia. I am privileged to be a part of a dynamic Special Education team that has provided me with invaluable experiences. My journey in fostering students' learning began in Fairfax County Public Schools, where I served as a special education teacher for self-contained classes. My educational background includes an Associates in Administration of Justice and a certificate in Legal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College, a Bachelor's degree in Administration of Justice from George Mason University, and a Master's in Education with a focus on Integrating Technology in Schools. Additionally, I have obtained a Master's in Education from Cambridge College in Massachusetts, specialized in both Special Education and General Studies.
Beyond my professional achievements, I find joy in playing video games and cherishing quality moments with my family - including my children, grandchildren, and my loving husband Gregory. I also hold dear memories of my beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Mikey.
